Description
- Soft contact lenses: Made from gel-like, water-containing plastics called hydrogels. These lenses are very thin and pliable and conform to the front surface of the eye. Less rigid and more flexible, comfortable and easier to adjust.
- Daily wear contacts and Traditional (reusable) lenses: Wear these contact lenses when you are awake and remove them when you go to sleep. Lenses that last longer and can be used for up to 6 months. No need to replace once a week, every two weeks or every month.
- Decorative (cosmetic) and Bandage lenses: These lenses are designed to change or intensify your eye colour. Also, can be used to cover the surface of your cornea for comfort – to hide certain eye problems after an injury or surgery.
- Instructions for Use: Hands to be washed and thoroughly rinsed before handling lenses, rinse and dry them with a lint-free towel. Use fingertips to handle the lens (avoid fingernails and sharp objects).
- Minimize contact with water and saliva: Check to ensure the lens is clean and damage-free before using. Remove your contact lenses before you swim or use a hot tub. Don’t put your lenses in your mouth to wet them.
