Not the right shade? Not in love with the texture? Here's how to send it back.
Our 7-day return window
You can return any eligible product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
What we accept
- ✓ Sealed products, unused, in original packaging
- ✓ Items received damaged, defective, or expired
- ✓ Wrong item shipped to you by mistake
What we can't take back (hygiene reasons)
- ✗ Opened or used lipsticks, glosses, eyeliners, mascaras and other applicators
- ✗ Foundations and concealers that have been swatched or applied
- ✗ Skincare items with broken seals
- ✗ Items returned after 7 days from delivery
How to return an order
- Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short reason for the return.
- Our team will reply with a return authorisation and the pickup or drop-off address (most returns ship back to our Deira store).
- Pack the item securely in its original box with all accessories and tags.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days.
How refunds are paid
Card payments are refunded to the original card. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to a UAE bank account you provide. Refund timing depends on your bank but typically lands within 5–10 working days.
